Within the Proserpine State High School community, each student has the opportunity to participate in rich and varied experiences through a curriculum and extra-curricular activities designed to support the intellectual, social, physical and emotional development of adolescents at this critical time in their lives.

Subjects/Electives Years 7 to 10: Core subjects – English, maths, science, history, health and physical education and Japanese. Elective subjects – art, business, health and physical education, home economics, humanities, information communication technology, Japanese, manual arts and marine education.
Subjects/Electives Years 11 and 12: A wide range of both academic and vocational subjects is available, senior students have a choice of 35 subjects.
