Subjects/Electives Years 11 and 12: Subjects studied in the SeniorSchool fall into three categories: 1. Authority Subjects. These subjects follow a Queensland Studies Authority (QSA) Syllabus. A minimum of 5 of these subjects must be studied for Tertiary Entrance with an OP. 2. Authority Registered Subjects. These subjects are accredited by the QSA and are less academically demanding than Authority subjects. These subjects may contain integrated vocational modules or a whole Certificate I. 3. VET Subjects. These subjects require the completion of modules, leading to the completion of Certificates I and/or II. They also provide pathways to school-based Apprenticeships and Traineeships, and may require structured workplace learning (work experience).
Sport: Minor games, Soccer, Touch, AFL, Athletics, Volleyball, Cricket, Softball, Badminton, Weight training.
Welfare and personal development: Guidance officer, Chaplain, Indigenous Unit.
