A large range of vocational education courses includes Automotive Maintenance, Graphic Arts, Photography, Ceramics, and Drama, as well as JSST courses.
Sport: Rugby league, soccer, netball, volleyball, tennis, squash, basketball, hockey, touch football. Recreational sports include bushwalking, weightlifting, indoor cricket and roller skating.

Welfare and personal development: The school has an SRC, a gifted and talented program, a peer support program for Year 7, Year advisers from Years 7 to 12, and a welfare/care taskforce.
