Birrong Boys High School is an inclusive school that offers a broad based curriculum.
Facilities: Modern library, four computer rooms, five science laboratories, multi-purpose hall, specialist music room, photography darkroom, Mac Photoshop lab, video-viewing room, basketball courts, large sports field, senior garden area, new kitchen.
Electives Years 7 to 10: Visual Arts, Commerce, Music, German, Greek, IT Timber and IT Metal, Computing Studies, Electronics, Design and Technology, Food Technology, among others.
Electives Years 11 and 12: Geography, Economics Music, Mathematics (with Extension course) Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Business Studies, Legal Studies, Modern and Ancient History, Information Processes and Technology and Visual Arts are offered. The school offers a number of VET courses such as Hospitality, Business Services, Construction, Information Technology and Retail Studies. Students also have the opportunity to participate in TAFE courses and programs.
